I am an out-of-network provider for most PPO plans. 

My focus is on providing you quality care and great outcomes, not on insurance billing but I am happy to provide you a special receipt to submit to insurance for reimbursement. 

My fee is $180 per 50-minute session.
I see clients weekly or biweekly depending on each client’s needs.
