About me

Fleurette McNair
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist #153406
Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor #22504

My name is Fleurette McNair and I became a therapist because helping people through difficult times, and doing what I can to make their lives better, has always been a part of my life. I love seeing people not just heal, but progress in their relationships with family, friends, and within their community.

I hold a Master’s Degree in Psychology and Master’s in Health Administration. My specialties include anxiety, trauma, individual relationship and couples therapy.

Through my own journey (and as a military spouse), my experience includes working with first responders, prior military, active duty, & veterans (to include family members), all from unique and culturally diverse backgrounds. I've experienced tough situations and assisted others through difficult life transitions.
I have received specialized training in CBT, DBT, EFT, Gottman Method and Solution-Focused Therapy.

I work with individuals and couples (including adults, and teens) all while providing a safe space, free of judgment, where you can seek support and grow according to your purpose. We will create a plan that works for you. It takes courage to seek therapy and my goal is to make sure your experience is a meaningful, yet healing one.

Finding a therapist that fits, can be difficult. Whatever your goal is for therapy, will be my goal, also. Please don't hesitate to reach out. Contact me at (619) 431-1581, for your free 15-minute phone consultation. I take pride in helping people live fulfilling lives, and I look forward to the opportunity to meet and work with you.
